(8) To provide legal assistance with regard to proceedings or disputes aimed at inducing a non-therapeutic abortion or compelling any person or institution to perform or assist in the performance of an abortion or to provide facilities for the performance of an abortion that contradict the religious or moral beliefs of that person or institution; 4. (f) Where an action is brought by the company or by an addressee and a final order is made in favour of the defendant and against the company or plaintiff of an addressee, the court shall, on the application of the defendant and after establishing that the action was brought or continued solely for the purpose of harassing the defendant or that the company or the plaintiff of an addressee maliciously abused the judicial process: Issue an order (which can be appealed before becoming final) awarding the defendant reasonable costs and attorneys` fees to defend the claim, unless doing so violates a state law, court rule, or generally applicable law.
