Since when did you allow the employee to take their friend to work every day, this is not the first time this has happened. Check your cameras please and the store is messy nothing is where it belongs worst store ever I bought 2 grey chairs and a table. Gray chairs cost $12.00 each, which isn`t cheap. I gave it to my daughter and son-in-law. I took him on Father`s Day, he sat on the chair and grabbed something he had dropped and the leg broke. I couldn`t believe they weren`t cheap. So I took the other chair home and planned to return it. I just left as if something was wrong. So I decided to keep the chair, yesterday I was sitting under the tree with my husband. I bent down to pick up my drink and banged on the floor, breaking my leg. These chairs are dangerous and I wouldn`t be surprised if someone hasn`t already been hurt.
Now that I`ve spent $24.00 dollars on chairs that aren`t worth $5.00, I`m very disappointed with the quality of this item. I would pull everyone to the left before some of them really got hurt. The PIN should be printed on the receipt, which is not the case! The problem is that the store is a new location and doesn`t exist yet, according to Family Dollar Help Desk. I understand the issues with new locations, as I have worked in customer service and retail for over 25 years.
So, if such problems occur, there should be refunds due to the fact. The refund was refused in the store. The store manager was helpful in calling Family Dollar 866-377-6420. and received the 2-pin numbers by phone. 1 worked and 1 did not. The director himself said that the family`s dollars should not sell these cards. All I want is the right PIN I paid and have the receipt. Nothing more. I called totally wirelessly and was told there was no problem for which Family Dollar is responsible. Total Wireless is very rude and patronizing This has nothing to do with Family Dollar`s attitude and is intensified with their offices accordingly. Again, I`m just asking for a good # pin. I went in your family dollar at 2157 Carson Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35215, I inquired about the propane tank. When I asked the cashier what price she was very professional, I let her know that it indicated a retail price of $50. She let me know that Mr. Johnny (director) will soon be there to help, his immediate approach was rude and said “The sign I had up there has fallen” I let her know that this is not the customer`s problem or something we would automatically know. He said, “Don`t get smart, you`ll understand or not.” I replied with “Let`s stay professional and have a good day”! Customers aren`t always right, but at some point, your employees need to be accountable for their approach, especially in a leadership role. If the new price had not been visible, he could have easily sold the product at the advertised price.
